Your command center for daily HR operations -- see headcount, attendance, pending tasks, and upcoming events at a glance.

Dashboard overview — summary cards, leave schedule, pending requests, and celebrations.

The Dashboard is the first screen you see when you open Fuzen HRMS Pro. It gives you a real-time snapshot of your workforce: who's active, who's present, what needs your attention, and what's coming up. You can reach it at any time by navigating to /a/dashboard or clicking Dashboard in the sidebar.

Summary Cards

At the top of the Dashboard, you'll see four summary cards that surface the numbers you check most often.

Active Employees

Total headcount of employees currently marked as active in the system. For example, if you have 5 employees on your roster, this card shows 5.

Present Today

The number of employees who have been marked present for today. This updates as attendance is recorded throughout the day.

Pending Approvals

A combined count of leave requests and reimbursement claims awaiting your review. Tap this card to jump straight to the approvals list.

Payroll Liability

The current month's total gross payroll liability displayed in INR. This reflects salaries, allowances, and statutory components for all active employees.

Note: The summary cards refresh each time you open the Dashboard. If you've just added a new employee or recorded attendance, navigate away and return to see updated numbers.

Quick Actions

Below the summary cards, you'll find three shortcut buttons that take you directly to the pages you use most frequently.

Attendance

Opens the Attendance marking page where you can record daily check-ins for your team.

Payroll

Takes you to the Payroll Center to run payroll, view salary breakdowns, or download payslips.

Appraisals

Jumps to the Appraisals module for managing performance review cycles and employee evaluations.

Tip These shortcuts save you a couple of clicks compared to navigating through the sidebar. If you find yourself visiting one of these pages daily, the Quick Actions section is the fastest way to get there.

Celebrations & Events

This section helps you stay on top of important dates for your team. You'll see two types of entries here:

Tip Make sure your employees' date-of-birth and date-of-joining fields are filled in under their profiles. The Celebrations section relies on these dates to surface upcoming birthdays and anniversaries.

Recent Activity Feed

The activity feed gives you a chronological log of the latest actions taken in the system. You'll see entries such as:

Each entry shows what happened, who was involved, and when it occurred. This is especially useful when multiple people are using the system -- you can quickly catch up on what's changed since your last visit.

Note: The activity feed shows the most recent entries first. It covers system-wide activity, so HR admins see actions across all employees, while individual employees see only their own activity.

Pending Approvals Panel

At the bottom of the Dashboard, you'll find a dedicated panel listing all items that need HR or manager action. This includes:

Item Type What You'll See Action
Leave Requests Employee name, leave type, requested dates, and reason Approve or reject directly
Reimbursement Claims Employee name, claim amount in INR, category, and date submitted Review details and approve or reject
Important: Pending approvals won't clear themselves. If you leave requests unattended, employees will see their requests stuck in "Pending" status. Try to review approvals at least once a day to keep operations running smoothly.
