Fuzen AMC Hub help center

Eight short guides for owners and office staff of an equipment service business (AC, water purifier, DG set and similar) who run annual maintenance contracts in Fuzen AMC Hub. The examples use the demo company Arctic Peak Cooling Services.

Before you start

  • You have installed Fuzen AMC Hub and can sign in as the owner.
  • Fill in Settings first: company profile, GSTIN, service types, contract types, technicians, invoice numbering and GST rate. Invoices and WhatsApp messages use these values.
  • Add your technicians under Settings → Technicians. You pick from this list when you assign visits and calls.

Dashboard

Seven cards for what needs attention today, with the overdue visits, visits due this week and expiring contracts behind them.

Customers, sites and equipment

Add customers and their sites, then import your equipment list from Excel with column mapping.

Contracts and visit schedule

Create an AMC with its value, covered equipment and technician; the app builds the visit schedule for you.

Visits and the daily digest

Visits due this month by technician, WhatsApp reminders, completing visits with photos, rescheduling and the 07:00 digest.

Breakdown calls

Log a call against the site's live contract, see at once whether it is covered or chargeable, and track it to resolution.
