Your complete client master — 66 customer accounts with contact details, billing and shipping addresses, internal notes, and a full history of every estimate and sales order linked to each account. Also syncs to QuickBooks Online.
The module has four tabs along the top:
| Tab | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Estimates | All estimates across every customer — the same data as the Estimates module, viewed from the CRM context. |
| Sales Orders | All sales orders across every customer — the same data as the Sales Orders module, viewed from the CRM context. |
| Client Directory | The master customer list. Each customer is a card showing their name, company, and contact email. Click any card to expand the full customer detail. |
| + Add | Opens the Add Customer form to create a new client record. |
Click any customer card in the Client Directory to expand it. The detail panel shows:
From the expanded card you can also Edit the customer record or Archive the account (hides it from the active directory without deleting it).
Click the + Add tab (or the + Add button in the Client Directory header). The Add Customer form opens.
Enter the Full Name (required) and Company / Account Name.
Add Email Address and Phone Number. The email is used when syncing to QuickBooks Online.
Enter the Billing Address. Check Same as Billing to use the same address for shipping, or enter a separate Shipping Address.
Add any Internal Notes — credit terms, preferred carrier, key contacts, or anything your team needs to know about this account.
Click Save Customer. The new account appears in the Client Directory immediately and is available in the Customer dropdown when creating Estimates and Sales Orders.
The Sales & CRM module ties together every customer-facing touchpoint in Manufacturing ERP:
| Workflow stage | Where it appears in Sales & CRM |
|---|---|
| Estimates tab | See all quotes for all customers — status (Draft/Sent/Accepted/Declined), date, and value at a glance. |
| Sales Orders tab | See all open and fulfilled orders — track which customers have outstanding orders or are overdue. |
| Client Estimates (in detail) | Per-customer estimate history — useful when a customer calls to ask about a previous quote. |
| Sales Order History (in detail) | Per-customer order history — useful for accounts receivable or when a customer queries a past order. |
