How commission is worked out, using 400,000 at 3%, a 25% referral fee and a 70% agent split:
| Amount | |
|---|---|
| GCI (3% of 400,000) | $12,000 |
| Referral fee (25% of GCI) | $3,000 |
| Agent (70% of the rest) | $6,300 |
| Brokerage (what is left) | $2,700 |
Set the default percentages in Settings > Commission defaults.
When a listing-side deal moves to Under contract, its listing becomes Pending. When the deal closes, the listing becomes Sold. Both dates show under the listing's Status dates.
On the deal, click Close deal.
Check the Closing date and click Close deal.
The client becomes a past client with this home anniversary, a Home anniversary task is set for the same date next year, and the Past client plan is applied (check-ins at 30 days, 120 days, 9 months and 12 months). Open deadline tasks for the deal are cancelled.
On the deal, click Mark fell through.
Enter the Reason and click Save.
The deal shows Fell through with the date and reason. It no longer counts in pending GCI, and its history is kept.
