School Settings New
Your school's name and contact details, academic year, receipt numbering, grade scale and WhatsApp message wording, all on one page.
Where to find it
Click School Settings in the left sidebar. Make your changes in any section, then click Save Settings at the bottom.
General Information
School Name (required), Logo, Address, Phone, Email, Affiliation Board (CBSE, ICSE, State Board or Other) and UDISE Code.
The school name, address and phone print at the top of fee receipts, and the name ends every WhatsApp message.
Academic & Financial

| Current Academic Year | The running year, e.g. 2026-27. New students get this year. |
| Academic Year Starts In | The month your year begins, usually April. |
| WhatsApp Country Code | Added in front of parents' phone numbers in WhatsApp links, e.g. 91 for India. |
| Language | English or Hindi. |
| Receipt Prefix | Text before every receipt number, e.g. REC-. |
| Receipt Next Number | The number the next receipt gets. With prefix REC- and next number 9, the next receipt is REC-9. |
Grade Scale
Each row is a Grade Label and the Min Percent (%) needed for it, e.g. A1 from 91%, A2 from 81%. Click Add Grade for another row, or the red × to remove one. Exams grade every student using this table; below the lowest row the grade is E.
WhatsApp Message Templates
Four templates control the wording of the messages VidyaManage prepares for you. Leave a box empty to use the standard message shown in it. Words in double curly brackets are filled in for each message.
