Bookings
Reserve a room for a guest and keep track of every stay.
Add a booking
Open Bookings from the sidebar, or click Add Booking on the Dashboard.
Select Room. Every room except those under Maintenance is listed, with its type and price per night, for example 401 - Double ($190/night).
Select Guest. Guests are listed by name and email.
Pick the Check In and Check Out dates. The Total Amount fills in for you as nights × price per night. In the example, 2 nights × $190 = 380. Change it if you agreed a different price.
Leave Status as Booked for a new reservation.
Click Add Booking. The page reloads and the booking appears under All Bookings.
Room, guest, both dates and the total are required. The app stops the booking and tells you why when:
- the check-out date is not after the check-in date: Check-out must be after check-in.
- the room already has a booking on any of those nights: This room is already booked for some of these dates. Cancelled bookings don't count.
See all bookings
All Bookings lists every booking, newest check-in first, with its room, guest, dates, status, Total Amount and Amount Paid.
- The status badge shows Booked, Checked In, Checked Out or Cancelled.
- Total Amount and Amount Paid are green when the booking is fully paid and orange when money is still owed (for example Daniel Kim: $200 paid of $420).
- Click a row, or the eye button under Actions, to open the booking.
