Events
Plan the school calendar, and choose which events parents see in the Parent App.
Adding an event
- 1Open Events and click Add Event.
- 2Enter the Title, Date, Audience (the whole school, or a class or section) and a Description.
- 3Tick Show in Parent App if parents should see it.
- 4Click Save Event.
The calendar shows the month; Upcoming lists what's next, with Edit and Delete. Events marked In Parent App appear for parents whose child is in the audience: a Class 10 talk isn't shown to Class 3 parents. The next event also appears on the Parent App home screen.
