Fee Reminders & Online Payments
Fuzen School Management Pro reminds parents about dues on a schedule, lets them pay online through your own Razorpay account, and gives you a daily reconciliation of online payments. Fee structure, dues and collecting fees at the office are covered in Fee Management.
The reminder schedule
Set it in School Settings › Fee Reminder Schedule: Days Before Due, Days After Due and Repeat Every (Days). Reminders go out before the due date, on it, after it, and then repeat while the due is unpaid, at most 4 per due. Each one has the amount, a Pay now link and the office phone.
Reminders are sent by the nightly job at 09:00 IST.
The Reminders tab
Fee Management › Reminders shows how many reminders went out today, how many failed, and how many students are paused. Reminded today lists each reminder with the student, recipient, channel, status, time and message.
To stop reminders for one student, pause them with a reason under Paused students. Their dues don't change; resume them when you're ready.
Connecting Razorpay
- 1In School Settings › Online Payments (Razorpay), enter your Razorpay Key ID.
- 2Save the key secret as the app secret
razorpay_key_secret. - 3The webhook URL then appears on the card. Add it in your Razorpay Dashboard and subscribe to
payment.capturedandpayment.failed, so that payments finished after the parent closes the app are still recorded.
Online Payments and reconciliation
Fee Management › Online Payments shows what's been paid online, payments still waiting for a settlement reference, and payments started but not completed. Reconciliation by day compares each day's paid payments with the receipts they created. Add the settlement reference from your Razorpay or bank statement against each payment.
The Dashboard's Fee Collection Splits card shows online and cash collection for the month.
