Transport
Set up bus routes with stops and timings, register vehicles and drivers, assign students, print route sheets and message a route's parents. Open to Admin and Principal. There's no live GPS tracking.
Setting up a route
- 1Add Vehicle: registration number, model, seating capacity, insurance and fitness expiry.
- 2Add Driver: name, phone and licence number.
- 3Add Route: a name, the vehicle, the driver, and the start and end locations.
- 4Add Stop for each stop on the route, with pickup time, drop time and fare.
- 5Assign Student: pick the student, route and stop. A student already on a route is moved to the new one.
The tabs show Routes & Stops, Student Allocations and Fleet & Drivers. Parents see the route, stop, pickup time and driver's phone under Bus in the Parent App.
Route sheets and bus notices
On a route, Route Sheet opens a printable list of stops and students with parent phones. Bus Notice sends a message to every parent on that route, for example a late bus.
