Report Cards
Fuzen School Management Pro turns exam marks into board-format report card PDFs, adds co-scholastic grades, and publishes results to parents in one click. Creating exams and entering marks are covered in Exams & Marks.
Choosing templates
Open Marks & Exams › 5. Report Card Templates. Five layouts are ready: CBSE, ICSE, State Board, NEP Holistic Progress Card and Custom. Give each class group its layout with Edit; a class not named on any row uses the row set to All. Use Add Template for your own.
Every PDF has the school header, the marks with grades, attendance, remarks, signature lines and a QR code that opens the Parent App.
Co-scholastic grades
- 1Open 4. Co-scholastic Grades.
- 2Choose the exam (it sets the term), the class and, optionally, a section, then click Load Student Sheet.
- 3Pick a grade for each student in Work Education, Art Education, Health and Physical Education and Discipline. Add your own area with Add Area.
- 4Click Save Grades.
Publishing results
- 1Open 3. Results & Report Cards, choose the exam and class, and click View Results. You'll see each student's marks, total, percentage, grade and rank.
- 2Click Publish selected class. The confirm names the exam, the class and how many parents will be messaged.
- 3Click Publish. The app creates a report card PDF for each student with marks and sends the results message with the PDF link.
To publish every class at once, use Publish on the exam's row in 1. Exams. Parents then see the marks and the PDF under Results in the Parent App.
