Subsidy tracker /a/subsidy_tracker

A single-screen view of every project's PM Surya Ghar paperwork — portal status, net-meter status, and how long each application has been sitting.

What's on the page

The top-right header shows two KPIs:

Total Expected — sum of expected subsidy across every project listed.
Stuck Subsidies — count of applications older than the threshold (default 45 days, configurable in Settings → Company Profile).

Filters and search above the table:

Search — customer or project name.
All Locations — filter to one state.
All Statuses — Not Started / Registered / Documents Submitted / Approved / Disbursed.
Show Stuck Only (>45 Days) — checkbox toggle for follow-up shortlist.

Table columns

Column	What it tells you
Project / Customer	Project title (click to open detail) and the customer's name.
Location	The state, which drives the state subsidy slab.
Expected Subsidy	Central + state subsidy, rolled up.
Portal Status	Not Started · Registered · Documents Submitted · Approved · Disbursed
Net Meter	Not Applied / Applied / Meter Installed.
Time Elapsed	Days since the application went into its current status. Stuck applications turn red automatically once they cross the threshold.
Actions	View, Upload documents, Delete.

Updating a subsidy record

Click the View (eye) icon on any row to open the project's full subsidy page (or use the project detail's Subsidy Documents card — it's the same data).

Document checklist — Aadhar, electricity bill, ownership proof, bank passbook/cancelled cheque. Add the installation certificate and DISCOM inspection report after commissioning.
Portal Registration Status — flip as you progress on the National Portal.
Portal Reference Number — record once registered.
Net Metering Application Status — tracks the parallel DISCOM workflow.
Subsidy Expected Date / Subsidy Received Date / Subsidy Received Amount — closes the loop. A delta between expected and received flags the project for review.

Where the expected subsidy comes from

Central (PM Surya Ghar): set in Settings → Subsidy Rules → Central Subsidy Slabs. Defaults: ₹30,000/kW for the first 2 kW, ₹18,000 for the 3rd kW, capped at ₹78,000. When the government revises the scheme, your admin edits the slabs there — no code change needed.

The state subsidy adds on top and varies by state. Solarflow ships rules for Maharashtra, Gujarat and Delhi; add others under Settings → Subsidy Rules → State Subsidy Rules. A customer in a state with no rule gets ₹0 state subsidy.

Chasing stuck applications

Tick Show Stuck Only (>45 Days) first thing every Monday. The dashboard's Stuck Subsidies card on the home screen mirrors this list. For each row:

Open the project, check the latest Portal Reference Number.
Log in to the PM Surya Ghar portal and pull the current status.
Update Portal Status here so Time Elapsed resets.

Loans move fasterBank loans for the same customers are tracked separately on the Loans page, which works exactly like this tracker but flags applications stuck for more than 21 days.

When subsidy is disbursed, record it on this page and tick the final project milestone in Projects.
