Track every customer's solar loan — from application to sanction to disbursement — next to their subsidy, and record the money in one click when the bank pays you.
Under PM Surya Ghar many residential customers finance their system through a bank, and the central subsidy can be credited to the customer's loan account. That means you're often chasing a bank as well as the subsidy portal. This page keeps that chase in one place instead of a spreadsheet.
It works like the Subsidy Tracker:
Click + New Loan Application.
Pick the Project and the Financier (the list comes from Settings → Financiers). Fill in Financier Branch, RM Name and RM Mobile — you'll be chasing a person, not a bank.
Enter Amount Requested, Interest Rate (%) and Tenure (months). The EMI is calculated for you (e.g. ₹1,10,000 at 7% over 60 months = ₹2,178).
Add the Application Date, the bank's Application / Reference No. and the current Status, then click Save Loan.
Not Applicable To Apply Applied Documents Pending Sanctioned Disbursed Partially Disbursed Rejected
As the loan moves, click the edit icon on its row and update the status along with Amount Sanctioned, Sanction Date, Disbursement Date, Disbursed To (Customer account / Vendor account (us)), Amount Received, Subsidy Routed to Loan (Yes / No), Rejection Reason and notes.
Edit the loan: set Status = Disbursed, Disbursed To = Vendor account (us), the Disbursement Date and Amount Received. Click Save Loan.
Solarflow asks:

Click Yes, record it.
A receipt with mode Loan Disbursement is added to the project's Payment Schedule and to Payments → Receipt History, and the project's Total Received goes up.
Keep the financier list current in Settings → Financiers.
