Let the assistant answer routine questions and hand the rest to your team.
The AI assistant answers routine questions from what you write, only within 24 hours of the customer's last message, and hands over to a person when it is unsure.
Add your Gemini key. The assistant uses your own key from Google AI Studio: press Gemini key, or open Settings → AI assistant. Until then every question is handed to a person.
Write what the assistant knows. Fill in About your business (what you do, where, opening hours) and add the questions customers ask most, with your answers. It answers only from this.
Set the handover. It hands over when it is not confident, when the customer asks for a person, after 5 answers in a row, and when a message mentions a word you list. The conversation becomes Waiting, is assigned and the person is notified.
Test it. Save first, then ask what a customer would ask under Test the assistant. Nothing is sent on WhatsApp.
