Everyone who messages your number is saved in Contacts automatically. Filter by stage, opt-in, source and tag.
Add contact adds someone by hand. The WhatsApp number needs its country code; if it's missing, the form tells you and nothing is saved.
Import CSV adds many contacts at once from a spreadsheet.
Export downloads the list.
Opt-in and opt-out
Each contact shows an opt-in status: Opted in, Unknown or Opted out. Broadcasts only go to contacts who opted in.
If a customer replies STOP, the contact becomes Opted out at once and gets one message: "You will not get any more messages from us. Reply START at any time to receive messages again."
