Manufacturing ERP Executive Dashboard showing KPI cards, alerts, and charts
The Executive Dashboard — the first screen you see after logging in.

KPI Cards

The top row gives you four at-a-glance metrics for the business today.

Active Work Orders
2
8 completed jobs total
Overdue Jobs
0
All jobs running on track
Sales Order Value
$7,196
6 booked sales orders
Outstanding Invoices
$1,562
$2,580 collected to date
What to watch If Overdue Jobs starts climbing, head to Work Orders and filter by status to find which jobs need attention. If Outstanding Invoices is high relative to Sales Order Value, check the Invoicing module to follow up on pending payments.

Alerts

The Alerts row surfaces four operational pressure points that need your attention. These update in real time as records change across the app.

New RFQs

Customer quotation requests waiting for a response. Click through to the RFQ module to respond.

Open POs

Purchase Orders raised to suppliers that haven't been fully received yet — pending material deliveries.

Open NCRs

Non-conformance reports that are still active. These flag quality issues in production or incoming materials.

Stock Shortages

Items whose current stock has fallen below the safety reorder level you've set in Inventory.

Charts

Monthly Sales Trend

A line chart showing booked sales order value over the current rolling period. The horizontal axis shows dates; hover over a data point to see the exact value for that day.

Click the Rolling Booking Analytics tab at the top right of the chart to switch to a bookings-by-period view, useful for spotting seasonal patterns or a sudden order spike.

Stock Health

A donut chart breaking down your 1,008 inventory items by stock status — typically In Stock (green), Low Stock (amber), and Out of Stock (red). Use this to judge at a glance whether your warehouse is well-stocked before accepting a large order.

Production Pipeline

A five-stage funnel showing how many Work Orders sit in each manufacturing stage right now.

Planned

Released

In Production

Tip A build-up in Planned or Released with nothing moving to In Production often means the shop floor hasn't been notified. Go to Shop Floor to check which operators are assigned and whether jobs have been started.

Quick Actions

Two shortcut buttons sit at the top-right of every dashboard view so you can start work without navigating away:

Note The dashboard shows live data from your account only. If you're sharing the app with a team, each user's dashboard reflects the full company data — there is no personal filter.

From the dashboard, go to RFQ to handle incoming quote requests, or Work Orders to manage production jobs.
