Enrol new students, browse the directory, and view each student's full profile — attendance history, fee status, and exam results — all in one place.
Go to Students in the left sidebar to open the Student Directory. It lists every enrolled student with their key details at a glance.
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Name | Full student name |
| Class | Class level (e.g., 10). Graduated students show Graduated |
| Section | Class section (e.g., A, B) |
| Roll No | Unique roll number within the class |
| Parent Phone | Primary parent contact number |
Use the Filter by Class and Filter by Section dropdowns at the top to narrow the list down to a specific group of students.
Click Enrol Student (top-right of the directory) to open the enrolment form. Fill in two sections — student details and parent details — then click Save.
Click the View button (eye icon) on any student in the directory to open their profile page. The profile has four tabs.
Shows the student's personal information (name, class, section, roll number, date of birth, address) and parent contact details (father name, mother name, phone numbers, email).
Displays a calendar view of the student's attendance record. Each date is colour-coded: green for Present, red for Absent, and amber for Late. A monthly attendance percentage is shown at the top of each month's calendar.
Lists all fee payment records for this student, organised by fee type. Each row shows the fee amount, how much has been paid across all installments, and the outstanding balance. A Record Payment button lets you add a new payment installment directly from this tab — a receipt is generated automatically.
Shows an exam-wise marks table. Each row is one exam; columns show the marks scored in each subject, along with Total, Percentage, and Grade (A–F based on configurable boundaries).
On the Student Profile page, click Edit Profile to open the edit form. You can update all student fields including the photo. Click Save Changes when done.
You can also edit from the Student Directory: click the Edit button (pencil icon) in the Actions column next to the student's row.
To permanently remove a student and all their related records (attendance, fees, marks), click the Delete button on the Student Profile page or the Delete icon in the Student Directory.
When Class 12 students are promoted at year-end using the Bulk Promotion tool (in Class Setup), you can select Graduated / Alumni as the destination. The students' records are kept intact for historical reference, but their Class column in the directory shows Graduated rather than a class number.
Graduated students no longer appear in active class-based filters and are not included in attendance or timetable workflows.
